Operations Director

Adam is a Chartered Construction professional experienced in running multiple complex projects simultaneously, in high-pressure environments.
Over the past 15 years Adam has gained experience working as a Principal Contractor, managing both new build and refurbishment schemes, up to a value of £10m. He is responsible for the end to end operational management of project delivery.

Lee is seasoned professional, not only in international Rugby, but also in developing the business revenue opportunities that are mutually beneficial for all parties. He his an expert in initiating and developing strategic partnerships and ensuring each project has the required support throughout the duration. He is responsible for providing a best in class experience bespoke to the individual clients business and brand.

Joseph Hale

Commercial & Finance Director

Joseph has 14 years experience in the cash industry holding several national leadership roles and directing special programs. He has also led on a complex global business and process transformation program for a multi billion company, driving an international team to implement digital innovation. He is responsible for the business performance and strategy, as well as the financial control, management and compliance.
